The Organisation of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI) will host a Regional Consultation Meeting on the formal draft of the Universal Declaration on Balanced and Inclusive Education, for the Latin America and the Caribbean (LATAM) region, in Mexico City this autumn.
A delegation led by ERF President Sheikh Manssour Bin Mussallam, met with Mariano Jabonero Blanco, Secretary General of the Organisation of Iberoamerican States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI) at their Madrid Headquarters. They concluded an agreement to hold the Regional Consultation by November 2019. The OEI agreed to be part of the consultative board providing analysis and reflection, and will contribute to the development of the final Universal Declaration text.
