Visit to Morocco: ISESCO becomes the 40th signatory of ICBIE

During the past days, ERF President, Sheikh Manssour Bin Mussallam, and senior ERF officials were in Rabat, Morocco, for a set of different meetings with the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization – ISESCO. As a result, we are deeply honoured to announce that ISESCO has become the 40th signatory of the International Call on Balanced & Inclusive Education.

ISESCO is a specialised international intergovernmental organisation founded in 1979 by the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). Its objectives include strengthening cooperation among its 54 Member States in the fields of education, science, culture and communication, and to encourage diversity, dialogue and understanding among diverse peoples as part of a contribution towards world peace and security.

Additionally, ISESCO and ERF signed a Memorandum of Understanding, a crucial step in establishing networks of synergy, working together to develop, promote and embed Balanced and Inclusive Education, articulating a vision of development from and for the Global South.
